"Both Dr. Hanis and Dr. Berriche are very skilled, kind and patient. All staff are professional and cheerful. My teeth were lined up nicely in a short few months, which made me to request Dr. Hanis to terminate my treatment earlier. Even though I have paid in advance, he could simply say yes and let me off. However, he and Jackie still made great effort to make sure that my teeth were in good shape before finishing my treatment. I actually took another 9 months. Without their encouragement and persistence, I would not be able to finish the full treatment.As an old patient with lot of bone loss, I am not an easy patient to deal with. Dr. Berriche and Amy took care of me for my last several visits.Taking off the braces was very difficult, Dr. Berriche and Amy figured out a creative way to remove braces to avoid causing pain to my fragile teeth. I am grateful for their accommodations.Even though my treatment is complete, Dr. Berriche and the Team still take extra mile to handle after my treatment concerns.I love this place for their warmth, caring and professional services.I strongly recommend this place to anyone."
"We cannot say enough wonderful things about Hanis & Proft ( now Hanis & Berriche Orthodontics). Their entire team has been amazing, but what has impressed us most is how patient, kind, and accommodating they are with patients who have special needs.The office is always clean, welcoming, and organized, and every team member goes above and beyond to make each visit a positive experience.A very special shout-out to Ashley. Over the past year, she has truly become part of our family. She always takes the time to make my daughter feel safe, comfortable, and supported, and she has celebrated every milestone right alongside us. Her patience, compassion, and genuine care have meant more to our family than words can express. We are going to miss her so much!The only small recommendation I would offer is to consider providing more accommodating appointment hours, such as extended hours on certain days or perhaps one Saturday each month. Scheduling can be a little challenging for families who work traditional Monday-through-Friday, 8-to-5 jobs.Overall, we highly recommend this practice, especially to families of children with special needs. Thank you, Ashley, and thank you to the entire team for helping make something that once felt impossible such a positive experience!"

"Switched to Hanis and Berriche Orthodontics for phase 2 braces for my son after our previous orthodontist treated us like a burden. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they was so welcoming and informative and even gave my son a new retainer before we even committed so he wouldn’t be uncomfortable. They’ve included me on every detail, something my last ortho refused to do, and I have to say I am super pleased with the entire staff. HIGHLY recommend. My son also loves the arcade they have in the waiting room. We have returned with my daughter who will begin her phase two with Hanis and Berriche. Phase one went great and she begins her phase two next month. Very pleased."
