I just finished up a stint of being an adult with braces, and I must say that the team at Hanis and Stevenson made it as pleasant as possible under the circumstances. The front office staff, including the incredibly kind and sweet Miss Mary J, always remembered me, my children, what was going on in my life at my last visit, etc, etc, etc. They even helped to entertain my little guy who came with me to all of my appointments from age 3 months to about one and half. My oldest son loves all of the video game machines he can play while he waits for me :)I have never had to wait more than 3 or 4 minutes for my appointment, which is incredibly important to me, but they have also never once rushed through my appointment. They have jumped through many hoops to work with me on a weird situation with my teeth and have stayed through lunch to help me on more than one occasion.The assistant (I may be using an incorrect job title here; I would normally just call her The Amazing Dana) that normally works on my mouth is fantastic. She is kind, personable, remembers every tiny detail about my dental situation, and is incredibly good at her job. I actually miss seeing her now that my braces are off!Dr. Hanis has worked with me from the start, and I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market for an orthodontist. He has done many, many things for me that I'm sure weren't technically covered in what I paid originally, but he has always been very accommodating. Switched to Hanis and Berriche Orthodontics for phase 2 braces for my son after our previous orthodontist treated us like a burden. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they was so welcoming and informative and even gave my son a new retainer before we even committed so he wouldn’t be uncomfortable. They’ve included me on every detail, something my last ortho refused to do, and I have to say I am super pleased with the entire staff. HIGHLY recommend. My son also loves the arcade they have in the waiting room. We have returned with my daughter who will begin her phase two with Hanis and Berriche. Phase one went great and she begins her phase two next month. Very pleased.
