Dr. Hanis was very patient and kind with my kiddo getting braces for the first time. They fit us in quickly that day! Drinking with a straw and immediately swishing with water after having coffee, tea, wine, and other drinks that can stain, for example, can help your whitening treatment results last a little longer. Brushing with a whitening toothpaste can also help, and we or your dentist will be happy to recommend one if you’re not sure which one to choose.
In any case, it’s good to avoid eating or drinking anything that could stain for 48 hours after whitening to allow results to stabilize without staining and make sure your results last as long as possible.
